When you contact us or book an audit: name, email address, phone number (if provided), company name and the content of your message.
When we contact you: company name, business address, publicly listed email address, industry and the name of the managing director. This information comes from public sources — primarily the Norwegian company register (Brønnøysundregistrene) and the company's own website.
The website: eriazo.com uses no cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising. There are no third-party tracking tools on these pages.
Enquiries from you are processed to reply and potentially deliver services — the basis is contract or pre-contractual steps, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b).
Outreach to businesses relies on legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f): relevant, professional B2B communication addressed to the business, not to private individuals. You may ask us to stop at any time and we act on it immediately.
We use Zoho Mail (EU) for email, Google Workspace (EU/US under Standard Contractual Clauses) for documents, and Cloudflare (EU) to serve this site. Data is stored within the EU/EEA wherever possible. We never sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Business contact details are kept only while relevant to the conversation and deleted no later than 24 months after last contact. If you request deletion, we complete it within 30 days.
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and to object to processing. Email contact@eriazo.com and we respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (datatilsynet.no).
Reply "no thanks" or "remove me" to any email from us. We mark the company as do-not-contact in our systems and you will not hear from us again.
